Effective this Sunday, April 24, 2006, to prepare for the launch of NYMEX products on the CME^® Globex^® platform, Instrument Creation (MO (m-oh)) market data messages for NYMEX futures will be disseminated via the CME Market Data Platform and CME Market Data API (MD API). The MO messages will be disseminated for both the CME certification and CME production environments.

These NYMEX futures are not available for customer testing at this time.

CME Market Data Platform
The MO messages will be disseminated on the MO Replay Channels 1 and 16.

CME MD API
The MO messages will be disseminated on the CME_GB2 subject subscription.

These MO messages will only be distributed in RLC format.

Please note that there will be more information to follow regarding the redistribution of NYMEX products to be traded on Globex.
